Education & Experience

Lindsey Arneson graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2015 earning a double major in Sociology and Global Studies with a minor in Anthropology. She was selected to be a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and graduated with distinction. She went on to receive her master’s degree in public health from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2019. Prior to attending law school, Lindsey moved from Nebraska to Winston-Salem, NC to work as a Health Policy Analyst at Novant Health. In May 2024, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She was selected to be a member of the Moot Court Board from 2022–2024. She also competed in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Active in pro bono work during her three years in law school, Lindsey served as the Executive Director of the Pro Bono Project in her final year.


Law Practice

Lindsey began working as a family law legal intern for Morrow Porter Vermitsky & Taylor, PLLC, in her second year of law school, and she joined the firm as an attorney in the summer of 2024 after passing the bar. Lindsey is admitted to practice in all North Carolina Courts. Her practice mainly focuses on all aspects of family and domestic law, including custody, child support, separation agreements, spousal support, and equitable distribution. She is a member of the Forsyth County Bar as well as the North Carolina Bar Association.
